Dans une casserole y verser le lait, le beurre et la gousse de vanille fendue en deux.<br \/>\n2) Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition tout en m\u00e9langeant bien. Retirer du feu et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<br \/>\n3) Dans un saladier, battre, au fouet, les \u0153ufs avec le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\n4) Ajouter le lait juste chaud en remuant avec le fouet.<br \/>\n5) Ajouter la farine, le sel et le rhum. M\u00e9langer avec le fouet jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse (sans grumeaux).<br \/>\n6) Placer la p\u00e2te au frigo pendant une nuit sans retirer la gousse de vanille.<br \/>\n7) Apr\u00e8s une nuit, m\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te sans trop la travailler et retirer la gousse.<br \/>\n<img src=\"http:\/\/www.thomphotos.fr\/blog\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_cool.gif\" alt=\"8)\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" \/> Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature maximum.<br \/>\n9) Pendant ce temps, remplir les moules \u00e0 cannel\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6-10mm du bord sup\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thomphotos.fr\/images\/cuisine\/Canneles_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Canneles_1<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\"><br \/>\n10) Enfourner pendant 15 minutes \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature maximum puis baisser \u00e0 200\u00b0C et laisser 50 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thomphotos.fr\/images\/cuisine\/Canneles_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" \/><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Canneles_2<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span class=\"_5yl5\"><br \/>\n11) Sortir du four et laisser refroidir.
